CALYX POINT® FOR WINDOWS

POINT for Windows is a multipurpose mortgage prequalification, origination, processing, and managing application designed for mortgage loan originators, mortgage brokers, mortgage bankers, and other retail mortgage professionals. Upload Your File to Key Title & Escrow Agency (Complete Instructions):
	.1..Double-Click the Point for Windows icon on your desktop to open the program
	.2..When the program opens, Click the "Borrower" option button.
	.3..Choose which field you want to search by: Last Name, File Name, Rep Name, First Name, or Contact Date.
	.4..Enter the Name or Leave blank to list all. Then click "Search"
	.5..Select the borrower your are looking for from the list, and Click "Open".
	.6..The full borrower information comes up. Now Click "Interface" from the top menu, and select "Title/Escrow".
	.7..Select "ChoiceOne Key Title & Escrow" from the "Title Escrow Interfaces" box. Then Click "Send Data". The data is saved on your hard drive (at c:\POINTEXP.TXT ) where you will later upload it to the Key Title & Escrow's web site.
	.8..Your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) then opens the Key Title & Escrow site. Make sure your connection to the Internet is live for this to work.
	.9..Click the "Browse" button and look for the c:\POINTEXP.TXT file. Select this file and click "Submit" to see a summary of your records data
	.10..Upon completion of your upload, you will be taken to a confirmation screen.
