StewartTrak is a Web-based order and vendor management system that enables customers to 
manage nationwide closings, provide up-to-date status information, meet specific performance 
criteria and improve order processing.

This versatile system consists of an online order-management system, an integrated document 
repository and an automated order routing and notification system. The notification system informs 
all parties of the significant milestones in the life cycle of an order. Via an XML file, StewartTrak 
allows the lender to provide the title agent's electronically routed information through a central order
center.
